Introduction to the region:

The house is located in the village of Gorno Belevo. This village is located in South Central Bulgaria and it is part of Bratya Daskalovi municipality. This place is particularly liked by foreigners. Over the last 6 years at least 30 houses have been sold to foreign customers in this village.

Gorno Belevo has perfect location. It is only 7 min away from the nearest town Chirpan. The area is clean with crystal clear air, mineral springs, and fantastic views. It is peaceful and quiet as there is hardly any traffic. This village has direct connection with the East-West and North-South motorways, which go to Bulgarian seaside as well as to Turkey and Greece (1.30 hr to the boarder). Thus the climate is very warm and perfect for growing grapes, lavender and sunflowers.

The whole region is famous for fishing and haunting. Water is drinkable and the air is fresh. Not far away from this village is a natural geological phenomenon called ?Stone wedding?.

In 2008 the whole road from Chirpan to Kazanluk has been totally rebuilt thanks to European Union funds so infrastructure here is in the right place.
