Two-storey house with pool, registered and operating as a guest house.

• On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room, bathroom and toilet.

It was completely renovated in 2015, the external insulation is 8 cm with mineral plaster, the electrical installation, the plumbing installation have been replaced and drainage has been made around the whole house.

The garden is terraced and behind the retaining walls there are also drainage pipes to stop the groundwater. There are cameras and a cellular system, along with recording devices.

The windows are new from solid wood and with double glazing. The heating is on electricity with the possibility of a water jacket with a boiler.

There is a huge playground in front of the house with the prospect of a large shed (about 110 sqm).
